摘　　要：髁突骨折是颌面部骨折中较为常见的类型,其治疗目前还具有争议。关节内窥镜的应用已有上百年的历史,但在颌面部的应用却刚起步,它的出现为髁突骨折的治疗带来新的局面。The condyle fracture is comrnon in maxillofacial fractures. At present, the dispute over the treatment of condyle fracture still exist. Even though the utilization of articular endoscope in the maxillofacial regions just start in recent century, it begin to be a new situation in the condyle fracture and become more of a concern.
