摘  要:目的对麦冬水溶性多糖OPA的分离纯化及其抗氧化活性进行研究。方法从麦冬中提取出水溶性粗多糖OP,粗多糖经DEAE Sepharose CL-6B柱层析分离纯化得到OPA。结果经HPLC和醋酸纤维素薄膜电泳法检验是均一组分多糖,GC分析表明OPA的单糖组成是葡萄糖。超氧阴离子清除实验和羟自由基清除实验鉴定其抗氧化能力。结论表明OPA有较强的羟自由基抑制作用。Objective To study the isolation, purification and antioxidant activity of radix ophiopogionis water - soluble polysaccharide OPA. Methods Water - soluble crude polysaccharide was extracted from radix ophiopogonis. OPA was obtained from isolating and purifying crude polysaccharide with DEAE Sepharose CL -6B Chromatography. Results HPLC and CAM electrophoresis showed that the polysaccharide was of homogeneous compositions. GC analysis showed that the composition of OPA monosaccharide was glucose. Superoxide anion and hydroxyl radical clearance experiment were done to determine its antioxidant activity. Conclusion OPA has a favorable hydroxyl radical inhibiting effect.
