摘　　要：本文对28例原发性、单个颈侧肿瘤的一般情况、术前检查、手术途径等进行了分析。认为原发性颈侧肿瘤,以手术治疗为主,不需术前活检来判断肿瘤的性质。术前检查可利用“B超”和颈动脉血管造影来判断肿瘤与颈部大血管的关系,对手术途径的选择以及对术中情况的估计极为重要。本文还对手术途径的选择进行了分析和讨论。Twenty-eight of solitary primary Iateral cervical tumors were reported. The general appearauces of the tumors, preoperative investigation and operative approaches were discussed. It was suggested the optimum treatment was operation. Biopsy was not necessary before the operation, because the biopsy would complicate the primary lesion. B-ultrasonography and cervical angiography as the preoperative investigation were val-uable. According to the conclusions from the investigations, the adjacent relation bet-ween the tumor and the cervical major blood vessel. Could be evaluated and was important for choosing the approprialt method of treatment.
