摘　　要：作者对10例颞颌关节强直续发OSAS患者手术前后的睡眠检测结果比较分析，指出术后患者睡眠呼吸暂停指数、睡眠时血氧饱和水平、氧饱和度下降至90％以下次数均得到改善，同时睡眠质量获得提高，证明颞颌关节重建与正颌技术结合的方法是治疗颞颌关节强直续发OSAS的有效措施。Passing by the comparative studies on the polysomnogram of the patients of TMJ ankylosis with OSAS pre-and-postoperation, the result showed the patients' AI(Apnea Index;AI) has been decreasing,SaO2 during sleep get to rise,and the method combining TMJ reconstruction and orthognathic surgery is effective to the patients.
