摘　　要：作者报道了应用前臂皮瓣移植，对5例舌癌患者的舌缺损进行同期舌再造，均取得满意效果．阐明了前臂皮瓣舌再造的优越性，并对其临床应用进行了讨论．This artical reported that immediate glossoplasty to 5 patients with defeets of tongueafter hemiglossectomy with forearm skin flap (FSF) and results were satisfactory. Besides that,wediscussed advantage and clinical application of forearm skin flap in glossoplasty.
