数据包络分析法在高校学院绩效评价中的运用

摘　　要：高校建立科学有效的学院绩效评价体系是实现对学院有效管理的重要组成部分。本文采用数据包络分析法(DEA)对高校各学院绩效的相对有效性进行评价,以各学院的教职员工的数量、财务支出和基础设施投入为输入指标,以各学院的在校生数、毕业生的就业率和科研积分为输出指标。运用经非Archimedes无穷小处理后的C2R模型来比较分析高校各学院的综合有效性和规模有效性。This paper uses Data Envelopment Analysis （DEA） to evaluate the relative effectiveness of the university college performance. Input indicators contain the number of college staffs, financial expenditure and investments in infrastructure facilities. Output indicators contain the number of the students in school, the rate of graduates employment and the integral of research. Use the C2R model which is treated by non- Archimedes to analysis the comprehensive effectiveness and the scale effectiveness of the university colleges.
