摘　　要：研究应用GIS技术设计并实现水库移民安置选址分析功能的模型,阐述模型的设计思想、分析模型的数据流程和得到的结果表现形式的原理和方法。模型采用COM技术,应用GIS空间分析处理手段,结合已知的数字高程模型数据、矢量数据,根据国家标准的建设用地分级准则,设计水库淹没后处理库区移民安置问题的选址分析算法,并对所选地址的坡度、高程、水源和交通的距离等综合条件进行分析,计算获得移民新址数据并对与其相联系的属性数据汇总,实现选址分析功能,进而实现针对具体应用领域的空间分析模型。This paper studies and applies the GIS technology design and establishes the functional model for selecting the reservoir immigrants, resettlement site. It also expounds the design conception, analyzes the data flow processes of the model and illustrates the principles and methods of expressing the results. By applying COM technology, GIS spatial analysis, the given digital elevation mode data, and vector data, the model sets up an analytical algorithm concerning reservoir immigrants resettlement site-selection in accordance with the standard ranking system of the national construction land. The slope, elevation, water sources, transportation distance and other synthetic conditions are taken into account in the model. Finally, the data of new resettlement sites are obtained and assembled so that site-selection function of the model is achieved, and furthermore, the spatial analysis model with regard to specific application area is realized.
