摘　　要：目的观察手术切除胼胝体脂肪瘤治疗癫痫的治疗效果。方法采用显微外科全或次全切除胼胝体脂肪瘤,并离断胼胝体前端。结果1例癫痫症状缓解,1例癫痫症状消失。结论对于胼胝体脂肪瘤并癫痫患者在充分切除脂肪瘤同时应离断胼胝体前端治疗癫痫。Objective To observe the effect of ectomizing lipoma in corpus callosum to cure the patients with epilepsy. Methods We use microsurgical technique to totally or subtotally excise the lipoma in corpus callosum, and abscise anterior part of corpus callosum. Results One case of epilepsy is released, and the symptom of epilepsy in another case is disappeared. Conclusions For the patients who have lipoma in their corpus callosums and epilepsy as well, excising the lipoma and abscising anterior part of corpus callosum at the same time is another good method to treat their epilepsy.
