摘　　要：陆耀东教授从1950年代开始从事中国现代文学研究,在该领域尤其是新诗研究方面取得了显著成就。《中国新诗史》第一卷的问世,更是向世人展示了其厚实的学术功底和严谨的学术态度。此外,他在给诗人作评传时的客观审慎,对长篇叙事诗的梳理和价值重估,以及在文学理论建设方面的开拓创新,都为中国现代文学研究的发展作出了不可磨灭的贡献。Professor Lu Yaodong started his studies on modern Chinese literature in the 1950s, and has made remarkable aehievements, especially in the field of modern Chinese poetry. ＂The History of Modern Chinese Poetry＂ Volume I published recently shows his poetic knowledge and rigorous academic attitude. In addition, he biographies poets objectively and prudently, and revaluates long-narrative-poems. He also struggles to build the theory of modern Chinese literature with the pioneering and innovative views. His research has made an indelible contribution for the study of Modern Chinese Literature.
