摘 要:本文是针对水平往复炉排片工作可靠性展开的,引进了一系列新概念。从而简单明了地比较了直线啮合和曲线啮合炉排片通风性能特性。文中还研究了啮合曲线性质对通风性能的影响,提出了炉排片结构设计的参考意见。The effect of grate bar construction on its working reliability is studied. Concepts such as the dead region, air purge region, angle of dead region, angle of air purge region are discussed. The ventilation characteristic of an S type sharp grate bar is compared with that of the strip type one. It has been found that the characteristic is improved significantly when the 'matching' between bars changes to a curvilinear one. In this case, the angle of air purge region increases from 0° to β(<90°), and the dead region decreases from infinity to a finite triangular region. The influence of the centre of the matching curve between bars and the radius of curvature on the angle of air purge region has also been studied and the following results have been obtained:(1) Other things being equal, if the centre of the matching curve lies below the heating surface of a grate bar, the angle of the air purge region (β) will be larger;(2) Other things being equal, the shorter the radius of curvature, the larger will the angle and the ventilation ratio.Hence, after the linear boundary of the grate bar is fixed, the best matching curve will be a semi-circular one.
