胶质纤维酸性蛋白和波形蛋白与星形细胞瘤组织分级关系的探讨

摘　　要：应用ＧＦＡＰ及Ｖｉｍｅｎｔｉｎ（ＡＢＣ法）对２６例星形细胞瘤进行免疫组化分析。结果显示所有星形细胞瘤均呈ＧＦＡＰ，ＶＩＭ阳性表达。ＧＦＡＰ阳性细胞数与病理学分级呈负相关，组织学分级高分化差的星形细胞瘤，阳性级别低。而ＶＩＭ表达与组织学分级无相关。ＧＦＡＰ阳性表达对星形胶质细胞瘤的恶性程度及指导临床治疗有重要价值。Twenty-six cases of human astrocytoma were studied with method(ABC) for GFAP and vimentin in astrocytoma.The number of GFAP positive cell showed a negtive correlation with the histopathological grading.Astrocytoma with high histological grade and poor differentiation showed a bias toward a decline in expression of GFAP.But no definite relationship was found between the vimentin positive expresion and histological grade.GFAP Positive expresion was of great value in determing the malignant degree of astrotytoma and directing clinical treatment.
