摘  要:用神经节苷脂(GM1)(10mg/kg)处理器血管闭塞全脑缺血再灌注模型,观察缺血海马组织线粒体钙(MitochondriaCalcium、MCa)钙调素(Calmodulin,CaM)的含量变化及评价GM1对其变化的影响。结果表明。GM1能遏止缺血再灌注期MCa、CaM含量明显增高的变化,明显减轻缺血再灌注期的钙跨膜内流,具有肯定的脑保护作用。Applying cerebral ischemic model induced by 4vessel occlusion, the contents of mitochondria calaium (Mca), Calmodulin (caM)and the effect of manosidoltetrahexosylganglioside(GM1) were obseved. The results show that the ischemic reperfusion rat hippocampus Mca caM contents were significantly higher than the controls (P<0.01).After being treated with GM1,the changes above improved apparenty (P<0.01)and weren't significantly different as cmpared with control's (P>0.05)。The facts suggested that GM1 had effects of scavening the increase of Mca and caM contents on ischemic reperfusion brain damage.
