摘  要:目的:观察参芪健胃汤对胃癌患者MDR1-mRNA(多药耐药基因)、LRP(肺耐药蛋白)的逆转作用。方法:(1)建立数学模型分别分析患者MDR1-mRNA、LRP在胃癌组织与外周血中表达水平的相关性;(2)采用PT-PCR法及流式细胞仪定量检测治疗组与对照组治疗前后MDR1-mRNA、LRP在外周血中的表达水平,并分析其在治疗前后变化的差异性;(3)探讨参芪健胃汤对患者胃癌组织多药耐药的逆转作用及其主要靶点;(4)综合评价以参芪健胃汤辅助胃癌化疗患者的血常规、肝功能、免疫功能、肿瘤标志物水平、临床症状及生活质量的改善情况。结果:参芪健胃汤能抑制胃癌MDR1-mRNA基因的表达水平,从而可逆转胃癌患者的多药耐药。结论:参芪健胃汤能改善化疗患者的生活质量、临床症状,减轻化疗药物的血液学毒性及肝功能损害。Objective: To observe the reversal effects of multi - drug resistance gene ( MDR1 - mRNA ) and lung resistance protein (LRP) in gastric cancer treated by Shenqi Jiangwei decoction. Method: a). To establish mathematical models for analysis the correlation of MDR1 - mRNA and LRP respectively expression in the gastric cancer tissues and peripheral blood, b). To quantitative detect MDR1 -mRNA and LRP expression in the peripheral blood before and after treatment with PT - PCR and FCM and analysis their difference, c). To discuss Shenqi Jiangwei decoction on the reversal effects of MDRI - mRNA and main target in the gastric cancer tissues. d). To comprehensive evaluate the improvement of blood routine examination, liver function tests, immune function test, the level of tumor markers, clinical symptoms and the quality of life in gastric cancer chemotherapy patients adjuvant treated by Shenqi Jiangwei decoction. Results : Shenqi Jiangwei decoction could inhibit the expression of MDR1 - mRNA and LRP gene in gastric cancer and reverse multi - drug resistance in gastric cancer patients. Conclusion : Shenqi Jiangwei decoction could improve the quality of life, clinical symptoms and Mitigate the hematological toxicity and liver damage of chemotherapy drugs.
