摘  要:检测了19例格林-巴利综合征(GBS)患者血清和脑脊液(CSF)中神经节苷酯1(GM1)-IgG抗体和lgG-指数,并与11例对照组比较。结果显示,GBS组GM1-IgG抗体滴度及IgG-指数均明显高于对照组,并在1例复发型GBS患者血清中检测出高水平GM1-IgG抗体。提示GM1可能是GBS相关抗原。GBS患者IgG-指数增高可能反映CSF中免疫活性细胞的激活。GM1-IgG抗体是否可作为GBS复发的标志尚待进一步验证。Objective in order to determine whether ganglioside GMI play a role in the pathogenesis of Guillian--Barre syndrome (GBS). Methods To test the anti--GMI--lgG level in serumand in CSF, and IgG--index by ELISA in 19 patients with GBS and in 11 control subjects.Results Elevated GMI levels was found in serum in 9 GBS patients (47. 3 % ) and in CSF in11 patients (57. 9 % ) respectively. IgG--Index was also elevated in 11 of 19 (57. 9 % ) GBS patients, moreover, very high levels of anti--GMI antibody was found in serum and CSF in apatient with relapsing GBS, whereas the anti--GMI antibody levels in serum and CSF as wellas IgG--index in control subjects were normal. Conclusion These data suggests that GMI isprobably an antigen associated with GBS. The high level of IgG--index may imply that theimmune reactive B cells were activated in CSF. The results of our study not only indicatethat the high level of anti--GMI can be used in clinical diagnosis of GBS, but also suggest anti--GMI antibody in CSF of GBS patients may take part in the mechanisms if immune damage. Whether the anti--GMI antibody can be the marker of relapsing GBS is worth to bestudied in future.
