摘 要:为研究轧制速度对变速器的影响,结合Pro/E与ADAMS构建了三辊轧机变速器虚拟样机参数化模型。基于赫兹(Hertz)弹性接触理论对其进行仿真计算,得到了动态啮合过程中输入、输出轴转速及三种不同转速下的啮合力。研究表明:渐开线齿轮在啮合传动过程中含有明显的动载荷,在齿轮精度不变时,随着转速的增大,动载荷波动幅度增大,变速器冲击振动增加;单靠增加轧制速度来提高轧制生产率是不可行的。将仿真结果与理论计算值进行比较,数据比较吻合,证实了虚拟样机模型构建合理,仿真具有可信度。To research the impact of rolling speed on transmission, a 3 D parametric model of a three - roll mill transmission virtual prototype is established with Pro/E and ADAMS. After simulation calculation of it is done based on Hertz elastic contact theory, rotational speeds of the input - output shafts and meshing force responses under two different kinds of speed in the dynamic meshing process were obtained. The results showed that the meshing force of involute gears in the meshing process was obviously dynamic, and when gear accuracy remains unchanged, the fluctuation range of dynamic load and the vibration of transmission increased with the rise of the rotational velocity of gears, and that the rolling productivity couldn't be increased by only the rise of rolling speed. Good coincidence between simulation results and theoretic calculated values proves that the virtual proto- type is reliable and the simulation results are credible.
