摘　　要：金王集团以外观设计为主的专利申请策略体现了蜡烛行业的特殊要求和市场导向的专利战略,良好的创新机制及开放式的技术合作体系,为其专利技术持续开发提供了保证,并赢得了国际市场竞争力。但在专利保护领域金王集团同样深感力不从心,加强专利管理人员配置和寻求"保护联盟"是其亟待做出的选择。The patent application strategy of Kingking group focuses around design, which incarnates the special requirements of candle industry and the market-oriented patent strategy, perfects innovation mechanism and open technical cooperation system. Meanwhile, the strategy provides guarantee for the group＇ s sustained development of patent technology, and gains international market competitiveness. At the same time, the group goes beyond protecting its patents, therefore strengthening the allocation of patent managers and seeking＂protection alliance＂are the imperative choice needed.
