摘 要:基于员工的知识共享行为,引入了企业知识共享结构的概念,采用概率方法构造了描述员工知识共享行为的运动方程,然后讨论了其定态解的分布规律及企业知识共享的有序结构,分析了影响有序结构的因素。研究结果表明,企业知识共享的有序结构取决于员工知识共享的净效用和从众心理,净效用>0时,企业的知识共享结构较优,反之则较差;结果还表明,企业知识共享必存在搭便车现象。本文认为,为了激励员工进行知识共享,企业需要运用经济策略,更需要建立信任合作的关系契约引导员工的心理认知,降低其心理成本和搭便车收益;并认为企业可以利用员工搭便车行为优化知识共享的有序结构。In this paper, based on the employees behavior of knowledge share, we introduced the concept of knowledge sharing structure, and established a movement equation of describing employees behavior using probability approach. Then, we discussed the distribute rules of stationary state solution and the order structure of knowledge share, and analyzed the factors of affecting order structure. Our result shows that the order structure of enterprise knowledge share lies on the factors of the net utility of knowledge share and the following mind, if the net utility is greater than zero, the share structure is better, and vice versa; and shows the phenomenon of pick-up occurs in the existing knowledge share. We consider enterprise need to apply economic policy to incent employee, and need to induce cognized psychology of employees to decrease the cost of psychology and the benefit of pick-up by establishing relational contract of trust and cooperation, and enterprise may optimize order structure using pick-up behavior of employees.
