蒙古族情感障碍的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:对蒙古族情感障碍病人的病情进行分析。方法:选择符合CCMD-3情感障碍诊断标准的蒙古族病人44例,并随机抽取同期住院汉族情感障碍病人40例。对抑郁及躁狂的症状进行对比。结果及结论:对蒙汉两族情感障碍病人的症状特点、疾病类型、家族史、气质特点、起病诱因及疗效进行对照,发现蒙古族病人有其独特的临床特点。Objective：To analyse the patients＇ condition of affective disorder in the Mongol nationality. Methods：44 cases of the Mongol patients were diagnosed by CCMD -3 standard,and 40 cases of affective disorder from Hart nationality were chosen. The symptoms of depression and mania were contrasted. Results and Conclusion： The symptom features, types of disease, family history, temperamental characteristics, predisposition cause and cure efficacy were contrasted between the affective disorder patients in Mongol and Han nationalities. It is found＂ that there is the unique clinical feature in the Mongol nationality.
