摘　　要：党支部是科室政治领导和团结的核心,必须在推进学科建设上强化功能、坚强领导、发挥作用。科室党支部实施政治领导必须要在把关定向、队伍建设、管理优化等方面发挥功能,营造和谐兴科的良好氛围,推进学科建设又好又快地发展。Party branch committee is the core of political leading and unity in a section. It must strengthen function, intensify leadership and expand roles on the basis of advancing discipline construction. To enforce political leading, the party branch committee must expand political functions sufficiently on the aspects of checking - and - directing, talents construction, optimizing management and so on. With the harmonious atmosphere being built, the construction of clinic subjects can be improved well and rapidly.
