小脑星形细胞瘤的术后放射治疗

摘　　要：1975年9月～1990年9月，手术加放射治疗小脑星形细胞瘤38例。随访5～20年。全切除术加放射组的5、10和15年生存率分别为77．8％、83．3％和71．4％，次全切除术加放射组分别为66．7％、55．6％和60％（P＞0．05），部分切除术（多为脑干受侵者）加放射组均为100％。表明术后放疗在小脑星形细胞瘤的治疗中有一定价值。From Sept. 1975 to Sept. 1990, 38 patients with cerebellar astrocytomas were treated by combining surgery with postoperative radlation. Follow up study for 5 to 20 years. The 5, 10 and 15 year survival rate was 77. 8%, 83.3% and 71.4%, respectively.for patients who had completed resection and postoperative radiation and 66. 7 %, 55.6 % and 60.0%, respectively. for those had subtotal resection and postoperative radiation (P＞ 0.05 ). Partial resection patients who with the brain stem invaded were all 100%, respectively. The current results indicated that postoperative radiotherapy may be very important measures in treatment of cerebellar astrocytomas.
