改良牙胶尖加丁碘糊严密充填上前牙根管的临床试验

摘　　要：目的：观察改良牙胶尖和丁碘糊作为根管充填材料的效果。方法：将牙胶尖在很尖部截除1－2mm加丁碘糊充填离体牙根管并进行临床观察。结果：离体牙根管三维空间充填严密，临床观察其满意率为965％。结论：本法所采用的材料是比较理想的根管封闭剂。In order to observe the effects of maxilla incisor tooth root cana1 filled by in improved gutta-percha pointand eugerol -iodoform paste. Methods: The author cut off 1-2mm at the end of guttapercha point. Then exsomatized tooth root canals were filled by the gutla - percha point and eugenol - iodoform paste so as to haveclinical study. Results: It indicated that exsomatized tooth root canals wer filled with the materiat in trihedralspaces, as well as the efficient ratio is 96. 5 %. Conclusiors: The author think the material of used for the experiments is ideal root canal sealant
