摘　　要：通过侧链悬挂固相法合成了Ｃ端二乙胺基保护及用Ｇｌｕ取代Ｔｈｒ３１的鲑降钙素类似物［Ｇｌｕ３１，Ｐｒｏ３２－Ｎ（Ｃ２Ｈ５）２］ｓＣＴ，以降低Ｃ端酰胺基的降解，增加肽的稳定性。用圆二色谱（ＣＤ）法研究了肽［Ｇｌｕ３１，Ｐｒｏ３２－Ｎ（Ｃ２Ｈ５）２］ｓＣＴ在水及三氟乙醇（ＴＦＥ）中的二级结构。它在大鼠体内的降钙活性为５２７６．９ＩＵ／ｍｇ。A sCT analogue in which the amide in C terminal proline amide is substituted by diethylamide and the residue Thr 31 is replaced by residue Glu was synthesized to improve the stability of native sCT. Secondary structures of the peptide in aqueous solutions and TFE / water mixture were studied by CD method. The hypocalcemic potency of the peptide in rat is 5 276.9 IU/mg.
