摘  要:目的研究中藏药高原春颗粒对缺氧脑损伤CAI区Fos蛋白表达的影响。方法利用缺氧脑损伤模型,通过免疫组织化学方法,观察24 h缺氧结束时及复氧后24 h两个时段大脑海马CAI区Fos蛋白表达的变化,同时观察预防性应用高原春颗粒后对上述指标的影响。结果缺氧后大脑海马CAI区Fos蛋白表达减少,而服用高原春颗粒后,缺氧大脑海马CAI区Fos蛋白表达有一定程度的增加。结论中藏药复方高原春颗粒的抗缺氧作用可能与影响大脑海马CAI区Fos蛋白表达有关。*Objective To study the effect of Gao Yuanchun Compound on Fos protein expression of CAI area in anoxic brain injury. Methods Objective To use of anoxic brain injury model and detected with Immunohistochemical method. The changes of the brain CAI area Fos expression in two stages of 24h at the end of hypoxia and reoxygenation after 24h was observed. At the same time, the impact of these indicators after the application of TCM herbs was also observed. Results The expression level of the hippocampus CAI area Fos protein reduced in anoxic brain, and a certain degree of growth in same area after the use of TCM herbs. Conclusion Role of anti - anoxia of the Gao Yuanchun compound pills is that it may affect the brain hippocampus CAI area Fos protein expression.
