健康成人胃内24小时pH节律的观察

摘　　要：通过38例健康成人胃内24小时pH值的动态监测,得出其分布规律。基线pH为1.63±0.34,立位期为1.58±0.43,卧位期为2.17±0.89,平台期为4.32±1.23,下降期为3.57±0.85。卧位期pH略高于立期,这是因为部分受试者(12/38)夜间平卧时存在生理性自发反流,每次反流时间为22～108分,为2～5次不等,总时间达(180.18±91.60)分,pH幅度为7.86±0.65。测得的pH>3的时间(百分)为(27.58±8.81)％。This study reported 24-hour intragastric pH rhythmic changes obtained by monitoring intragastric pH of 38 normal volunteers. Intragastric pH baselines were 1. 63 ± 0. 34, uprightl. 58± 0. 43.supine 2. 17 ± 0. 89,plateau 4. 32±1. 23 and decline 3. 57±0. 85. Supine pH was higher than that of upright, it was because some volunteers(12/38) had physiological spontaneous reflux,which frequently occurred after midnight,for 2~5 times,total reflux time reached(180. 18±91. 60)min,pH value 7. 86±0. 65. The time when pH values were>3 made up (27. 58 ± 8. 81)%.
