中学生对婚前医学检查知识调查结果分析

摘　　要：目的通过分析中学生对取消强制婚检的反应和对婚检知识的了解，为设计或修订婚检制度提供决策依据。方法采取整群抽样法，通过自我管理式问卷进行调查。结果有21．5％的人赞成取消强制婚检，40．0％的人不赞成取消强制婚检，另有38．5％的人无所谓；初、高中学生之间（Χ^2=0．98，P〉0．05）对婚检的态度无显著性差异；但初中、高中学生对婚检知识了解情况有显著性差异（Χ^2=12．44，P〈0．01）。婚检程序复杂、对婚检作用认识不够全面是阻碍婚检行为的主要因素。结论应简化婚检工作程序，加强婚检相关知识的教育，应当将优生优育知识提前到中学生阶段进行普及。Objective To analyze the middle-school student pre-marital physical examination knowledge, then to offer the scientist basis of the design or the revision pre-marital physical examination system. Methods Adopts the group sampling law, through the self- control type asked thevolume carries on the investigation. Results Some 21.5% student approved the cancellation forces the pre-maritalphysical examination, 40.0% student did not approve the cancellation forces the pre-maritalphysical examination, Some 38.5% student do not matter： The pre-marital physical examination manner has not obvious difference on the Junior middle school students and high middle school students（Χ^2=0. 98, P〉0. 05）. But, The pre-marital physical examination knowledge has obvious difference on the Junior middle school students and high middle school students （Χ^2=12.44, P〈0. 01）. The people are not willing to participate in the pre-marital physicalexamination most main reason are the premarital physical examinationprocedure are complex. Conclusion Should simplify the premarital physical examination working routine, Strengthens the pre-marital physical exami- nation correlation knowledgethe, Must arrive the pre-marital physical examination knowledge the middle-school student stage to carry on ahead of time.
