射频热疗联合化疗治疗晚期恶性肿瘤疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察射频热疗联合化疗治疗晚期恶性肿瘤的近期疗效及其安全性。方法回顾分析2006年2月至2007年12月收治的晚期恶性肿瘤患者97人,分为A组和B组,其中A组49人,根据病种采取相应方案单用全身化疗;B组48人,除化疗外,同时在病灶部位予HY27000射频透热治疗仪热疗。至少治疗两周期以上评价疗效。结果97例均可评价疗效,A组患者中,完全缓解(CR)0例(0%),部分缓解(PR)20例(40.8%),有效率(PR+CR)40.8%;B组患者中,CR1例(2.08%),PR26例占54.17%,有效率为56.25%。B组有效率明显高于A组,但尚未达到统计学意义(P=0.157>0.05);Ⅲ°+Ⅳ°消化道反应及骨髓抑制毒副作用发生率A组分别为10.2%和12.24%,B组分别为10.4%和14.58%,差异均无统计学意义。结论射频透热局部治疗联合化疗治疗晚期恶性肿瘤疗效较好、毒副作用轻、耐受良好、值得临床推广。Objective To observe the short term efficacy and security of radiofrequency hyperthermia therapy combined with chemotherapy for advanced cancer. Methods From Feb. 2006 to Dec. 2007, 97 patients with advanced cancer were divided into two groups（A and B）. Patients in group A （n=49） were alonely applied suitable chemotherapy, and patients in group B （n=48） were treated with HY27000 radiofrequency hyperthermia therapy besides chemotherapy. Both regimens were applied for at least two cycles. Results In Group A, the rate of complete remission（CR） was 0%, partial remission（PR） was 40.80%, the overall response rate （CR＋PR） was 40.80%; while in Group B, CR and PR were 2.08%, 54.17% respectively. The overall response rate （CR＋ PR） was 56.25%, the overall response rate in Group B is much higher than that in group A, but no significant difference between the two groups were found. （P=0.157〉0.05）. The rates of Ⅲ°＋Ⅳ° gastrointestinal tract and myelo-suppression toxicities were respectively 10.20% and 12.24% in Group A, while 10.40% and 14.58% in Group B. No significant difference was found. Conclusion Radiofrequency hyperthermia therapy combined with chemotherapy is efficient and safe for advanced cancer, and is worth generalizing extensively.
