摘 要:针对泡沫压裂液在国内外的研究历程,分别将国外和国内泡沫压裂液的研究进展总结为水基泡沫压裂液、植物胶泡沫压裂液、交联泡沫压裂液、高稳泡性泡沫压裂液4个发展阶段和非交联泡沫压裂液研究、酸性交联CO2泡沫压裂液研究与应用、有机硼(碱性)交联N2泡沫压裂液研究与应用3个方面,指出泡沫压裂液的泡沫质量、温度、压力、剪切速率等因素对泡沫压裂液流变性、摩阻、气泡稳定性等影响机理复杂,在认识上还存在着争议与分歧,提出解决CO2泡沫压裂液的腐蚀性、开发出酸性交联稠化剂及多样性酸性交联剂和进一步提高泡沫压裂液耐温抗剪切性及内相气泡的稳定性而增强泡沫压裂液的携砂能力是泡沫压裂液研究发展的主要方向。The study about foam fracturing liquid overseas are respectively divided into following four generations:aqueous foam fracturing liquid,vetetable gum foam fracturing liquid,crosslinked foamed fracturing fluid and high steady foam fracturing fluid,and the domestic study and applications about foam fracturing liquid is mostly focused on the following three types:non - crosslinked foam fracturing fluid,acid crosslinked foam fracturing fluid of carbon di-oxide and basic crosslinked foam fracturing fluid of nitrogen.This paper pointed out that the mechanisms are complicated which the facts for the foam quality,temperature,pressure and shear rate and so on affect on the rheological property,friction drag and the foam stability of foam fracturing fluid.It is put forward that solving the corrosivity of foam fracturing fluid of carbon dioxide and develo-ping the acid crosslinked thickener or various acid crosslinker and increasing the anti - shear property and stability of foam fracturing fluid to improve the proppant - carrying capacity is the primary study direction of foam fracturing fluid.
