摘　　要：X线修复交叉互补基因1（X-ray repair cross complementing 1，XRCC1）是一种重要的DNA修复基因，其编码的蛋白参与DNA单链断裂和碱基损伤修复，对维持细胞基因组的稳定性、预防肿瘤的发生有着重要的作用。本文对XRCC1基因的结构与功能以及基因多态性与肺癌易感性、肺癌放化疗疗效的关系的研究现状进行综述。X-ray repair cross complementing 1（XRCC1） plays a critical role in repair of single-strand breaks and base damage. So it is considered important in maintaining stability of genome and in the prevention of tumor occurrence. The article reviews the structure and function of XRCC1 gene, the relationship between genetic polymorphisms of XRCC1 and susceptibility to lung cancer, the association between genetic polymorphisms of XRCC1 and response to chemotherapy and radiotherapy,and prognosis in lung cancer. The studies of XRCC1 could offer theoretical reference in prevention and therapy of lung cancer.
