摘　　要：胃泌素释放肽（GRP）在许多肿瘤中是一个自分泌生长因子，它涉及许多肿瘤的发病机制和进展。由于胃泌素释放肽受体（GRPR）在许多肿瘤中高表达，因此成为新的诊断和治疗的有效靶点。Gstrin-releasing peptide （GRP）, known as autocrine growth factors in tumors, is involved in the pathogenesis and progression of many human tumors. GRP receptor is considered a new diagnostic and therapeutic target because it is overexpressed in tumors.
