对高校开设中华养生学课程必然趋势的研究

摘　　要：在文献资料的基础上,用辩证唯物主义的观点分析研究了高校以竞技体育为主的教育体系,从本质上难以解决高校学生体质健康问题,而使学生体质呈持续下降趋势。中华养生学经历了几千年众多人的反复实践、探索、研究、提炼、积累而汇集成博大精深的中华养生学知识体系,它不仅使人健康,而且有利德,智等素质的教育,受到世人的青睐,这就是她发展的必然趋势。为了贯彻落实《决定》精神,在高校建立具有中国特色的养生学体系,开设养生学课程,改变学生体质下降趋势,促使人才素质全面发展是非常必要的。Based upon literatures and the viewpoint of dialectic materialism, this thesis analyzes and probes into the phenomenon that the educational system, on the basis of the system for athletic sports, hardly settles the problem of the physical health for students at institutions of higher education from the essence and results in the lasting downtrend. Compared with the above-mentioned, Chinese Formula for Good Health, as an extensive and profound knowledge hierarchy formed through repeated practice, exploration, research, refining and accumulation of numerous people for thousands of years, can not only help keep us fit, but also benefit the development of moral and mental education, which has been in the world＇s good graces and will develop into an inevitable trend. To implement the spirit of The Decision, it is quite necessary for institutions of higher education to offer the course about Chinese Formula for Good Health and to establish the knowledge hierarchy for Chinese Formula for Good Health with Chinese characteristics, in order to change the downtrend of the physical education for students and to promote qualities education comprehensively.
