新型杀菌洗洁精的复配研究

摘　　要：采用杀菌剂二氯异氰脲酸钠与表面活性剂十二烷基苯磺酸钠、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸盐、脂肪酰二乙醇胺及助剂进行复配,得到了新型杀菌洗洁精。采用悬液定量杀灭实验,研究了洗洁精的杀菌作用,结果表明,有效氯150 mg/L的溶液对悬液中大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌作用10 min杀灭对数值均≥5.00。对洗洁精有效氯质量浓度、去污能力、泡沫性等各项指标进行检测,结果均符合标准。A new germicidal dishwashing detergent was prepared by blending of sodium dichlorosocyanurate, LAS, AES, fatty acyl diethanol amine and builder. Suspension quantitative germicidal test was carried out for investigation of germicidal efficacy of the product. Results showed that, after treatment of the bacterial suspension by a solution of the product containing active chlorine of 150 mg/L for 10 min, the logarithm values of sterilization rate of Colibacillus and golden staphylococcus are all higher than 5.00. The available chlorine content, detergency and foaming power of the product were measured and found to be well in accordance with the concerning standards.
