摘  要:目的考察不同干燥工艺对中药提取物物理性质的影响。方法选用中药水提复方作为模型药物,考察了真空干燥、喷雾干燥、微波干燥及冷冻干燥对调经益母浸膏粉、肾石通浸膏粉及复方板蓝大青浸膏粉物理性质的影响。结果对于中药水提复方,喷雾干燥产物的黏性较小,喷流性好,微波干燥产物的吸湿性最小而真空干燥产物流动性最好。结论干燥工艺由于干燥方式及原理的不同导致了干燥产物物理性质的差异。OBJECTIVE To investigate the influence of different drying technology on physical properties of Chinese herbs extracts.METHODS The influences of vacuum drying,spray drying,microwave drying and freeze drying on Chinese herbs aqueous extracts such as Tiaojingyimu powder,Shenshitong powder and compound Banlandaqing powder were investigated.RESULTS The powder producted by spray drying showed the lowest viscosity and the best fluidization property.The hygroscopicity of the powder by microwave drying was the least and the flowability of that by vacuum drying was the best.CONCLUSION Different drying technology can make the difference of physical properties of Chinese herbs extracts because of the drying way and its principal.
