摘　　要：通过对企业成长内涵的探讨,基于企业生命周期的问题特征,提出创新是企业成长的动力源泉,并分析了影响创新的因素,阐释了由创新推动的企业自适应机制的一般模式。最后,对企业成长的两种实现方式(增量型成长、跳跃型成长)进行了分析和比较。This paper probes into the content of enterprise growth and analyses the problem characteristics of different periods of enterprise life cycle. The author believes that innovation is the driving force of enterprise growth,and analyses the factors that influence innovation,and elaborates the general pattern of enterprise self-adaptation mechanism that is pushed forward by innovation. Finally,the paper analyses and compares two different patterns of enterprise growth： increment style growth and jump style growth.
