摘　　要：学习支持服务系统是远程教育系统的重要子系统,随着远程教育办学机构和学习对象的多元化,相应的学习支持服务模式也发生了变化。在教育部数字化学习港项目的大背景下,通过一年多的理论与实践探索,文章提出了社区型数字化学习中心的学习支持服务模式,并对社区型数字化学习中心的建设提出了相关建议,供远程教育工作者参考。Supported by the public service system for distance education, community E-learning centers can de-liver quality education resources to communities and provide lifelong learning support for community resi-dents with the aim to push on the construction of learning cities. In 2006, the Chinese Ministry of Education launched the E-Learning Hub and Lifelong Learning Society Project. Tianjin City was assigned to build community E-learning centers. The article reports on the case study of the community E-learning center ina community in Tianjin, exploring a learning support model for community distance education. In this model, residents can access learning support of various kinds at the community learning center, i.e. technical sup-port, E-learning resources support, learning management support and logistic management support. These four categories are inter-related with the E-learning resources support and learning management support as the key factors and the remaining two as facilitative factors. The model has proved to be a success and is currently adopted in the whole city.
