摘　　要：组织蛋白酶B(cathepsin B,CB)是一种溶酶体内半胱氨酸蛋白水解酶,具有肽端酶和肽链外切酶的活性。CB在口腔鳞癌演变过程中,尤其在浸润和转移中发挥重要作用。本文介绍CB的基因调控、蛋白结构特点、生物学特性等,特别是对CB在口腔鳞癌中发挥的作用进行了综述。Cathepsin B （CB） is a lysosomal cysteine protease with endo- and exo-peptidase activities. CB contributes to the development of oral squamous cell carcinoma （OSCC）, especially correlates positively with invasiveness and metastasis of OSCC. The aim of this paper is to introduce CB, such as gene regulation, construction features, and bionomics, and carry out a bibliographic review on its role in OSCC.
