摘　　要：目的:探讨SPECT显像对131I治疗分化型甲状腺癌的价值。方法:对63例甲状腺癌患者术后及131I治疗后分别进行SPECT显像。结果:63例患者术后SPECT扫描全部显示残留甲状腺。结论:甲状腺癌患者术后要辅以131I治疗,且需SPECT显像进行监测。Objective：To study the value of SPECT imaging treated by ^131I for differentiated thyroid carcinoma. Methods： Sixty three cases of thyroid cancer patients treated by ^131I were examined with SPECT imaging. Results： All 63 patients with SPECT scans showed residual thyroid. Conclusion： Thyroid cancer patients should be performed postoperative ^131I treatment, and monitored by SPECT imaging.
