摘 要:目的:分析99mTc-MDP全身骨闪烁显像(WBS)骨外放射性异常浓聚常见的原因。方法:对本院2006年10月至2007年3月1096例常规全身骨闪烁显像病例进行回顾性分析。仪器为美国GE公司Millen-nium(HawkeyeVG5.0)双探头SPECT。结果:1096例骨显像中骨外放射性异常浓聚有164例,占15%。其中在软组织和脏器的异常浓聚78例,占总异常例数的47.5%;患者皮肤、衣物污染50例,占总异常例数的30.5%;技术伪影36例,占总异常例数的22.0%。结论:骨显像时骨外放射性异常浓聚较常见,了解其原因,以减少假阳性图像有助于提高图像质量,正确分析图像,降低误诊率。Objective:To analyze the causes of abnormal concentration in ectosteal for ^99mTc - MDP whole body bone scintigraphy. Methods:Retrospective analysis of 1096 patients diagnosed by ^99mTc - MDP whole body bone scintigraphy with Hawkeye VG5.0 SFECT (GE Millennium) from October,2006 to March ,2007 in our hospital. Results: Total of 164 of 1096( 15% )cases were found abnormal radioactive concentrating in ectosteal (ARCE). 47.5% (78/ 164) of ARCE were due to radioactivity accumulation in soft tissue and other organ,30.5% (50/164) were caused by the radioactive contamination of patientg clothes and skin. And 22% (36/164) were due to technical problem. Conclusion:Abnonnal radioactive concentration in ectosteal was often found on bone scans imaging. Analysing these causes and therefore decreasing the pseudo image will be benefit in improving the image quality,and reducing the misdiagnostic rate.
