摘 要:目的:建立电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法(ICP-AES法)测定食品中硼砂含量的方法。方法:用湿式消解法消化样品,ICP-AES法测定食品中硼元素含量,换算成硼砂(以Na2B4O7·10H2O计)的含量。结果:方法线性范围在3个数量级以上,线性良好,相关系数为0.9996;检出限为55.02 mg/kg(以Na2B4O7·10H2O计);高中低3个不同浓度加标回收率在100.2%~106.0%之间;硼砂含量不同的3个样品分别重复6次测定的相对标准偏差RSD〈8.5%;国家标准方法定性结果与ICP-AES法定量测定结果基本吻合。结论:该方法灵敏、准确、快速并能定量地检测食品中硼砂的含量。Objective:To develop the inductively coupled Plasma-Atomic Emission spectrometry(ICP-AES) assay for determination of the borax content in the food.Methods:The samples were digested by wet digestion.The boron content in the food was analyzed by ICP-AES method.Results:The linear range was good with 0.99996 of the linear correlation.The detection limit of the assay was 55.02 mg/kg(Na2B4O7·10H2O).The recoveries ranged from 100.2% to 106.0% of three different levels.Relative standard deviation was below 8.5%.Compared with the National Standard Methods(NSM),the method is consistent with NSM.Conclusion:The ICP-AES method developed was sensitive,accurate,rapid for quantitative detection of borax content in the food.
