血清TSGF检测对于肺癌诊断的临床应用评价

摘　　要：目的:评价肿瘤特异生长因子(TSGF)在肺癌诊断中的临床应用价值。方法:测定92例肺癌和63例肺部感染患者、41例肺结核及256例正常人的血清TSGF水平。结果:①肺癌患者血清TSGF水平高于健康对照组(P<0.01)。TSGF诊断肺癌的敏感性为78.3%,特异性为98.0%;②肺部感染患者TSGF水平高于健康人(P<0.01),其假阳性率可达到65.1%,而与肺癌组则无明显差异(P>0.05);③肺结核患者血清TSGF水平与正常对照组无显著差异(P>0.05);④肺部感染患者经抗感染治疗后,血清TSGF下降至正常水平,与正常对照组相比无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:肺癌患者血清TSGF水平明显增高,在排除炎症后,可作为肺癌辅助诊断的良好指标。Objective：To evaluate the clinical significance of detection of serum tumor specific growth factor （TSGF） in diagnosing malignant lung cancer. Methods： The TSGF concentration was determined in 92 patients with lung cancer, 63 patients with pulmonary infection, 41 patients with pulmonary tuberculosis and 256 healthy adults. Results ： （1）The TSGF level in lung cancer group was higher than that in healthy adult group （ P 〈 0. 01 ）, The sensibility rate of diagnosing lung cancer was 78.3%, the specificity to healthy adult was 98% ; （2）The difference of serum TSGF level between pulmonary infection group and healthy adult group was statistically significant （P 〈 0. 01 ）, the false positive rate was 65. 1%, and the difference of serum TSGF level between pulmonary infection group and lung cancer group was not statistically significant （ P 〉 0.05 ） ; （3）The difference of serum TSGF level between pulmonary tuberculosis group and healthy adult group was not statistically significant （P 〉 0.05 ）. （4）The serum TSGF level in pulmonary infection group with anti - infection treatment was decreased to normal level, and there was no statistical difference compared to the healthy adult group （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. Conclusion： The serum TSGF is increased obviously in lung cancer patients, and it may be a good biomarker for diagnosing of the lung cancer after exclusing the pulmonary infection.
