摘　　要：成人高等教育的发展与政策法规是密切相关的。因此,认真梳理我国成人高等教育政策法规的历史和现状,分析成人高等教育政策法规存在的问题,并提出切实可行的完善对策,是促进成人高等教育持续健康发展的关键。The adult higher education development and the policy, laws and regulations have close correlations. Therefore, earnestly combing the history and present situation of the policy, laws and regulations of our country adult higher edcation, analyzing the existing questions of adult higher education policy, laws and regulations, and proposal concerning the practical and feasible perfect countermeasures, are keys to promote the healthy development of adult higher education.
