摘  要:目的探讨肝硬化患者血浆尾加压素Ⅱ(UⅡ)和一氧化氮(NO)水平变化以及与肝功能关系的临床意义。方法采用放射免疫学法(ELISA)分别测定肝硬化患者及对照组外周血浆中UⅡ的含量,用硝酸还原酶法比色测定血浆中NO的含量,并进行比较。结果肝硬化患者血浆UⅡ水平(41.37±22.68)pg/ml,显著低于对照组(213.75±95.80)pg/ml(P<0.01),随着肝功受损程度增加,UⅡ水平则呈现逐步升高(r=0.393,P<0.01);肝硬化患者血浆NO水平(142.04±28.99)μmol/L显著高于对照组(47.76±18.52)μmol/L(P<0.01),并随着肝功受损程度增加而进一步增高(r=0.407,P<0.01)。结论UⅡ及NO可能是参与肝硬化发生、发展的重要因素。Objective To investigate the plasma levels of urotensin Ⅱ (U Ⅱ ) and nitrous oxide (NO) in patients with hepatic cirrhosis. Methods The plasma level of UⅡ was measured with radioimmunoassay in patients with hepatic cirrhosis and in controls. The plasma NO level was measured with colorimetric analysis. Results The plasma U II level was significantly lower in patients with hepatic cirrhosis than that in the controls (41.37 ± 22.68 pg/ml vs 213.75± 95.80 pg/ ml, P〈0.01). With the deterioration of liver function, however, the plasma U Ⅱ level was increased significantly (r=0.393, P〈 0.01). The plasma NO level was significantly higher in hepatic cirrhotic patients than that in the controls (142.04 ±28.99umol/L vs 47.76 ± 18.52 umol/L, P〈0.01), which was further increased with the deterioration of liver function(r=0.407, P〈0.01). Conclusion UⅡ and NO might be involved in the pathogenesis and development of hepatic cirrhosis.
