摘 要:目的检测人卵巢上皮癌组织中血管内皮生长因子C(VEGF-C)、凝血酶敏感蛋白1(TSP-1)表达及微血管密度(MVD),探讨VEGF-C、TSP-1与卵巢癌临床病理特征之间的关系。方法以免疫组化法检测卵巢上皮癌50例以及正常卵巢组织20例石蜡标本中VEGF-C、TSP-1表达及MVD。结果卵巢上皮癌中VEGF-C表达及MVD均明显高于正常卵巢组织(P<0.05),TSP-1表达低于正常卵巢组织(P<0.05);卵巢上皮癌组织中,VEGF-C表达及MVD随国际妇产科联盟(FIGO)分期的进展而增高(P<0.05),TSP-1表达随FIGO分期的进展而降低(P<0.05)。结论卵巢上皮癌组织中VEGF-C过表达及TSP-1低表达与肿瘤血管生成及侵袭进展密切相关。Objective To examine expression of vascular endothelial growth factor C (VEGF-C), thrombospondin-I (TSP-1) and microvessels density (MVD) in human epithelial ovarian carcinoma tissue. Try to illuminate the relationship between VEGF-C, TSP-1 and the clinical pathological features of ovarian carcinoma. Methods Slices of 50 cases definitely diagnosed as epithelial ovarian carcinoma and 20 normal cases were collected. VEGF-C,TSP-1 expression and MVD in slices were examined by immunohistochemistry staining. Results 1. VEGF-C expression and MVD in epithelial ovarian carcinoma were higher than those in normal ovarian tissue (P 〈0. 05), TSP-1 expression were lower than those in normal ovarian tissue (P 〈 0. 05 ) ;2. In epithelial ovarian carcinoma tissue, VEGF-C expression and MVD increasing according to progression of the FIGO phase but TSP-1 expression decreasing according to progression of the FIGO phase. Conclusions Over expression of VEGF-C and low expression of TSP-1 in epithelial ovarian carcinoma tissue may play roles in angiogenesis,invasion and metastasis of the tumor.
