摘　　要：本文首先引入E_q~*-群的定义,讨论了E_q~*-群的若干刻划性质,给出了阶为n的群恒为E_q~*-群的充要条件。In this paper, We give the definition of E_q~*-groups: The Class of E_q~*-groups is as a locally defined formation by {E_q~*(p)}, where q is a prime and E_q~*(p) is the formation of elementary ahelian q- groups. We obtain some characterizations of E_q~*- groups and the order n of G which is always an E_q~*- group.
