魔芋种植业发展存在的问题与对策

摘　　要：魔芋为天南星科多年生草本植物,因富含魔芋葡甘聚糖等多种有效成分而被广泛应用于食品、医药及生物化工等领域。在魔芋产业链中,最关键的环节是魔芋种植业。分析了魔芋种植业目前存在的主要问题,即由于魔芋繁殖系数低、病虫害严重以及育种难引起的种芋严重短缺问题,并针对这些问题提出相应的对策:首先,采用快速繁殖和开放式培养相结合以提供大量优质优价的种芋;其次,采用包衣技术最大程度地减轻病虫危害;最后,利用现代生物技术手段培育新品种,这些将促进魔芋产业的发展。Amorphophallus konjac, a kind of herb of araceae, was widely used in food, medicine and biochemical field, because it was rich in konjac glucomannan and many other active components. However, among many aspects of the Amorphophallus industry, the most important part was production. The main problems in plant production of Amorphophallus konjac were the shortage of seeds resulted from the low reproduction rate, plant diseases, insect pests and hard breeding. Then, the corresponding countermeasures such as opening culture, fast propagation,packaging technique and modem biotechnology were put forward to avoid the disease, to obtain plentiful seeds and new species, which were benificial to the development of the Amorphophallus industry.
