中药灌肠治疗高龄食管癌术后顽固性腹胀临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨高龄食管癌病人围手术期顽固性腹胀的相关因素及处理方法、中药灌肠治疗的作用。方法:68例70岁以上高龄食管癌术后出现顽固性腹胀的相关因素及中药灌肠治疗进行回顾性总结和分析。结果:本组术后出现顽固性腹胀16例,经中药灌肠等治疗,转危为安痊愈出院。结论:对高龄食管癌患者术后出现顽固性腹胀,中药灌肠治疗是一种实用的治疗方法。Objective：To investigate related factors of perioporative intractable abdominal distension and actions of traditional Chinese medicine enema in elderly patients with esophageal carcinoma. Methods：Retrospective summary and analysis of related factors of postoperative intractable abdominal distension and traditional Chinese medicine enema in 68 patients elder than 70 years old with esophageal carcinoma. Results： Sixteen patients had got postoperative intractable abdominal distension. They are all recovered by traditional Chinese medicine enema. Conclusion：The traditional Chinese medicine enema is a useful therapy for postoporative intractable abdominal distension in elderly patients with esophageal carcinoma.
