开发与国外接轨的护理教学计划的几点思考——国内护理学专业与荷兰汉斯大学护理学专业教学计划比较分析

摘　　要：开发与国外接轨的护理教学计划是我国护理教育与国际接轨,培养具有国际水平的护理人才的需要。文章对荷兰汉斯大学护理教学计划与我国护理专业教学计划进行比较分析,结果发现:在培养目标方面差异不大,但在基本要求、专业特色、课程结构以及实践训练方面有一定差异。护理教育要与国际接轨,必须借鉴国外先进的护理教育理念,以人为本,以能力为本位,注重对学生多种能力的培养,打破学科界限,改变目前的课程体系,构建新的课程体系。Development of nursing education plan to keep up with developed countries is the need of nursing education in our country to keep up with developed countries and nursing talents cultivation of international level. Thorough comparing nursing education plans used in China and in Hanze University. in the Netherlands, we find to have little difference in the aspect of cultivation goal, but we find to have some differences in the aspects of the .basic requirements, specialty characteristics, currieulum structure and the practice training. In order to keep up with developed countries in ran＇sing education, we must use their advanced nursing education ideas for reference, take htanan - ori- ented and ability - oriented guiding ideology, attach importance to not only on the training of specialty sells but also on other competences, break the boundary of disciplines, change the present curriculum system, construct a brand- new curriculum system.
