摘　　要：本文研究了IT能力与企业绩效之间的关系。研究发现IT能力对企业运营绩效和成长性绩效有正向的显著影响,运营绩效对财务绩效有正向的显著影响,而成长性与财务绩效并不存在这种关系。This paper examines the relationship between IT capabihty and firm performance. Our results indicate that IT capability has the great effects on operational and growth performance, and operational performance has the great effects on growth and financial performance, however, growth performance has not the great effects on financial performance.
