摘　　要：通过对一种带有内螺纹的酒瓶盖的结构分析,阐述了采用大导程螺杆和螺母机构实现螺纹型芯自动旋转脱模的设计过程及其工作过程。Through analyzing of a bottle cover structure with inner thread, a type of screw and nut with coarse pitch was applied to realize thread core demoulding automatically. The design process and work principle were also illustrated in detail.
