摘  要:为了能够正确判断和定位柴油机气阀机构的故障,介绍了柴油机气阀机构状态评估的方法,以及用LabVIEW开发工具实现评估软件的过程。应用时序分析方法对缸盖振动信号进行AR谱估计,再从其AR谱中提取出用于实际诊断的故障特征参数,最后利用欧氏距离判别函数进行故障状态识别。实例结果表明,利用LabVIEW语言更易于实现该状态评估软件,从而能够有效地对柴油机气阀机构故障进行不解体诊断。In order to estimate the fault of valve train of diesel engine correctly, the method of state assessment of diesel valve train and the realization process of assessment software with LabVIEW are introduced in this paper. Base on the time-sequence analysis method,the AR spectrums of cylinder head vibration signals are computed. Some parameters extracted from the AR spectrum are used for diagnosis. At last, the Euclidean distance is used to diagnose the valve train faults. The results show that it's easier to implement the state assessment software by LabVIEW language, and the software can effectively diagnose the fault of valve train of diesel engine without disassembling the engine.
