摘　　要：目的探讨Survivin和MIF在宫颈癌组织中的表达及意义。方法采用免疫组化方法检测50例宫颈癌组织,20例宫颈上皮内瘤变(CIN)及10例正常宫颈组织中Survivin和MIF的表达情况。结果Survivin在宫颈浸润癌组的阳性表达率明显高于正常宫颈组和CIN组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但在正常宫颈组和CIN组Survivin的阳性表达差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。MIF在正常宫颈组织中不表达,在CIN组和宫颈癌组表达率增高,且正常宫颈组和CIN组及宫颈癌组中MIF的阳性表达差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但CIN组和宫颈癌组中MIF的阳性表达差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。Survivin在宫颈癌组织中的阳性表达与肿瘤的组织学类型有关(P<0.05),与患者的年龄、肿瘤的临床分期、分化程度、有无盆腔淋巴结转移等无关(P>0.05)。MIF在宫颈癌组织中的阳性表达与肿瘤的临床分期、分化程度、组织学类型、淋巴结转移及患者的年龄均无关(P>0.05)。结论Survivin和MIF作为肿瘤相关因子在宫颈癌的发生发展过程中有重要作用,两者的表达与凋亡机制的紊乱及癌基因与抑癌基因的水平失衡关系密切。Objective To discuss the expression and significance of Survivin and MIF in the cervical cancer. Methods The expression and significance of Survivin and MIF were examined with immunohistoehemical technique （ S-P ） in the specimens from 50 cases with cervical cancer and 20 cases with cervical intraepithclial neoplasia （CIN） and 10 cases with the normal cervical tissues. Results The positive rate of Survivin was higher in cervical cancer than that in the CIN and normal cervical tissues, and the differences between them had statistical significance （P 〈 0.05） ,but there was no statistical significance between the positive expression of Survivin in the normal cervical tissues and the CIN（P 〉 0.05） ; there was no expression of MIF in the normal cervical tissues, but the positive rate of MIF was higher in both cervical cancer and CIN, and there was statistical significance between the normal cervical tissues and CIN, so the normal cervical tissues and the cervical cancer（ P 〈 0. 05 ）, however, there were no statistical differences between the CIN and the cervical cancer（ P 〉 0.05 ）. The positive expression of Survivin in the cervical cancer was related with the tissue type of the tumors （ P 〈 0.05） ,but it wasn＇ t related with the patients＇ age, the clinical stage and the differentiation of the tumors, or the pelvic lymph nodes＇ transferring （P 〉 0.05）. The positive expression of MIF in the cervical cancer wash＇ t related with the clinical stage, the differentiation and the tissue type of the tumors, the pelvic lymph nodes＇ transferring or the patients＇ age（P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion As the tumor related factors, Survivin and MIF do significant effects in the progresses of the cervical cancer. The expressions of them are related with the disorder of the apoptosis and the disequilibrium between the oncogene and the anti-oncogene.
